What we actually thought about this one

Sonya's job is about the experience of working somewhere, which sounded soft until she explained the scale of it. Thousands of people, and small decisions about how they're supported add up to whether they stay. She talked about how a company's culture is really just the behavior leaders tolerate, and that line has been stuck in our heads for months. It applies to our friend groups and our teams, not just Pfizer. We also liked that she didn't pretend HR is universally loved. She acknowledged the skepticism and then explained the work anyway, which made us believe her more.
