You wouldn't think pediatric dentistry would produce career advice, but Dr. Gonzales delivered. His whole job depends on getting a scared six year old to trust him in under two minutes, and the way he described building that trust applies to way more than dentistry. Get on their level, tell them exactly what's about to happen, never surprise them. That's just being decent with people. He also talked about parents being harder to manage than kids, which made all three of us laugh. Genuinely one of our most underrated episodes.
