What we actually thought about this one

A mother and daughter working at the same firm made for a conversation we couldn't have had with a single guest. Sandra and Gianni have completely different experiences of the same company, and hearing them compare notes across generations was fascinating. Sandra talked about what she had to prove early on, and Gianni talked about the expectations she carries now. They disagreed a couple of times, politely, and those were the best moments. As three brothers who work together, we related to the idea that family and career mixing can be an advantage and a complication at the same time.
