What we actually thought about this one

Before this one, none of us could have explained what treasury actually is. Sachin broke it down without dumbing it down, which is rare. He explained that his job is basically making sure the company has money in the right place at the right time, and that a single bad forecast can ripple through everything. What we liked was how calm he was about it. He treats pressure like a scheduling problem instead of a personality trait. We walked away realizing that a lot of the jobs holding companies together are ones we've literally never heard of, and that's a good reason to keep asking people what they do all day.
