What we actually thought about this one
Amar made sales sound like something we could actually do, which is not how sales usually gets talked about. He kept coming back to preparation. Knowing the client's business better than they expect, having an answer ready before the objection, showing up already understanding the problem. That's not charisma, that's homework. The part we replayed was when he described losing a big deal early on and what he changed after. He didn't blame the client or the market. He just found the gap in his own prep. That level of ownership is hard and we're still working on it.
